Doug and John’s inspiration

We created the Celestielle Charitable Trust to provide exceptional travel experiences to deserving young New Zealanders at a critical age as they consider continuing education or as they enter the workforce.

Our own travels have greatly influenced our lives. Our hope is that overseas experience will similarly help shape the lives of our international travel scholarship participants, giving them a better understanding of the world. Our aim is to expose them to the challenges and opportunities that will define their generation so as to help prepare them for leadership roles which will benefit New Zealand in the years ahead.
